Tanya Cakes - Tanya is my teacher, mentor, and friend. When I first met Tanya,  buttercream was the medium I used to decorate the majority of my cakes. Tanya generously shared her knowledge of buttercream, fondant, gumpaste and so much more which opened up whole new worlds of possibilities. With her tutoring I rose to the level of sugar artist.
